- Mix together:
- 2 pounds cubed hash browns, thawed
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. onion, fine chopped
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. black pepper
- 2 c. cheese, shredded
Pour into a greased 9″ x 13″ pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
