Jalapenos

  • Boil together:
  • 4 c. white vinegar
  • 12 c. water
  • 1 c. canning/pickling salt

Fill PINT size or smaller canning jars with sliced jalapenos. Pour boiling vinegar water over. Adjust lids & rings. Process in a hot water bath for 10 minutes.
