Watergate Jello Salad

  • Mix together:
  • 6 oz. pistachio instant pudding
  • 2 c. milk
  • Add in:
  • 10 oz. cottage cheese
  • 8 oz. crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • Stir in:
  • 2 c. mini marshmallows
  • 1 c. pistachios, chopped

Blend well. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
