Pumpkin Pie

  • Beat well together:
  • 16 oz. can pumpkin
  • 2 T. cornstarch
  • 1/2 t. cinnamon
  • 1/2 t. ginger
  • 1/2 t. nutmeg
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 2 T. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 T. molasses

Pour into an unbaked 9″ pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 350 degrees and bake for 50 minutes longer.
