- Boil together for 1 1/2 minutes:
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 1/2 c. milk
- Remove from heat. Add in:
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 3 c. quick oats
Stir well. Drop by the spoonful onto parchment paper (or waxed paper) lined cookie sheets while “dough” is hot. Refrigerate until set up.
