Velveeta Chip Dip
I use the crock pot to make this. Of course on HIGH it will cook faster, melt the cheese faster ~ about 2 hours. I do make it on LOW mostly, taking about 4 hours. Stir every 30 minutes either way. Serve with tortilla chips!
