Baked Oatmeal

Thieves Throat Spray

In a small glass spray bottle mix: 2 T. distilled water 2 T. Vodka (95%) 10 drops Thieves essential oil Shake well. Spray your sore throat & it will feel better. Use frequently for a few days or as needed.
